A: TriviaBucks is a game, where users can submit questions and other users have to answer them. Each user gets points for a correct answer, and points for submitting questions. We have moderators in place to deal with any questions that they deem unfit. The player with the most points at the end of the weeklu round will win $10. The round resets at Midnight every Saturday night.

Q: What's the catch?
A: We get asked this all the time, the fact is there is none, this service is provided free of charge. We make money from the banner ads you see on our site.

Q: How does it work?
A: This site works on a points system, currently the system is setup to work like the following.
Add a question = 3 points
Answer a question correctly = 2 points
Answer a question incorrectly = 0 points
Answer a Hard question correctly = 7 points
Answer a Hard question incorrectly = 0 points
Surf a site = 1 point
We will find inappropriate questions all the time, moderators will deal with them like the following
1 inappropriate question, you loose half your points, and the question is deleted.
2 inappropriate questions, you loose all your points, and the question is deleted
3 inappropriate questions, you loose all your points and all future questions submitted will be subject to moderator before being included in the queue.
4 inappropriate questions, you loose all chances of winning a domain.

If you are wondering what we find as inappropriate, by that we mean things like personal opinions such as "who is the better sports team, Red Sox or Yankees?
We also mean questions that are rocket science to normal users, but you won't be penalized for these questions, we are not strict but we have to keep it as friendly as possible for all users.

Q: I have won now what?
A: We will email you with the information you need to claim your prize.

Q: I won a prize already, can I win one in another round?
A: Yes, you can win as many times as you want.

Q: Your site is broken my score doesnt update?
A: Your score does update, but it will only update every hour. You will notice your next score update due on the top5 page which will tell you when the next update is due.

Q: Can i become a moderator?
A: Right now we are not accepting any new moderators.

Q: Claiming time.
A: If you have won the round, you have 4 weeks(until the end of the next round) to claim your prize, that means responding to the prize notification email that we send you.

Q: What is the Surfer?
A: This surfer will allow you to gain a point for each site you visit in the 20 second time frame, it will reload and give you 1 point. This helps both you and us, we get links from sponsors and also you can promote your site for free in it by just linking to us.
